What the Client Wanted
The client, like so many Seattle homeowners, wanted a bathroom they’d enjoy stepping into every morning after the rain and every evening after a long day. The requests were clear:
- a light master bathroom in modern stone style;
- a spacious walk-in shower without feeling cramped;
- a large, convenient vanity area with great lighting;
- a freestanding tub as the centerpiece for relaxation;
- generous storage so nothing sits out;
- a private toilet zone that doesn’t break the overall design;
- a renovation that would last 5–10 years without needing to be redone.
We listened to every pain point and delivered exactly what was needed.
Overall Concept and Planning
At the core of this spa bathroom remodel Seattle is light, scale, and a flawless foundation. We started by finishing every wall and ceiling to Level 5 — smoothness that even side lighting from Seattle windows can’t ruin. This preparation lets the large-format light stone porcelain tile install perfectly and endure for decades in Washington’s humid climate.
To learn exactly why Level 5 is a must-have in elite Seattle projects, read our in-depth guide here.
Large-format light stone porcelain visually opened up the room, frameless glass partitions added lightness, and the white custom cabinetry with quartz surfaces created a feeling of clean, quiet luxury.
The shower became the true centerpiece of this project. We built a walk-in shower installation Seattle that feels both spacious and modern:
- fully frameless glass door in premium quality;
- built-in seat niche where you can comfortably shave or apply a mask;
- rainfall showerhead plus handheld;
- perfectly sloped floors and seamless transitions for complete waterproofing.
The niche looks like part of the architecture, not an add-on — everything stays within reach yet visually clean. This solution is especially loved by busy professionals in Bellevue and Redmond: quick in the morning, relaxing in the evening.
Walk-In Shower Installation Seattle – Attention to Every Detail
Floating Vanity Bathroom Remodel Redmond Style
- The vanity area turned out light and highly functional.A large mirror with soft integrated backlighting, quartz countertop, and custom white floating vanity create a sense of width and order.
- Double sinks work perfectly for two people, lower drawers provide generous storage, and the suspended design makes cleaning effortless.
- Mirrors and lighting visually doubled the space — even on gray Seattle days the room feels bright and welcoming.
Freestanding Tub and Private Toilet Zone Bathroom Remodel Seattle
The freestanding white tub became the relaxation focal point — classic luxury you want to sink into after a long day. It instantly raises the entire room to true spa level.
One of the smartest decisions was the private toilet zone bathroom remodel Seattle behind its own frameless glass door.
- Maximum privacy,
- zero odors,
- yet the overall design stays completely unified.
The bathroom now reads as one elegant luxury space instead of separate nooks.
Why This Renovation Works
This project demonstrates our approach: we don’t just install tile — we design spaces that truly serve families, comfort, and longevity.
The result is a bathroom you won’t want to renovate again in 5–7 years.
